We’re Nate and Kara, a team who specialize in acquiring storage facilities across the U.S. We bring integrity, professionalism, and genuine care to every interaction—and we’re actively looking to acquire another facility (or two) within the next 30–90 days.
Kara Beckmann began her real estate investment journey in 2016 while working a full-time W2 job. After two years of balancing a demanding 40+ hour workweek and house flipping, she made the decision to leave her job and pursue real estate full-time. Initially focused on flipping single-family homes, she soon reinvested her profits into rental properties, steadily growing her portfolio.
As Kara shared her projects on social media, homeowners began seeking her expertise to design their personal residences. While she’s never been afraid to get her hands dirty, her work naturally evolved toward high-end luxury renovations, a niche that became a defining part of her business.
Kara’s passion lies in value-add real estate, luxury designs, and financial empowerment. Today, she has built a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio, owning numerous single-family and small multi-family properties throughout Scottsdale, AZ. Leveraging the same personal finance strategies she teaches others, she also invests through her self-directed Roth IRA in large apartment syndications, with holdings in over 550 units.
Beyond real estate, Kara is committed to an active, healthy lifestyle and lifelong learning. She believes in continuous self-improvement while uplifting and educating others along the way.
Leaving the Financial Services industry in 2016, Nate started his real estate journey by joining the Fixated Real Estate Team – a high volume fix and flip company -working in the Seattle / Tacoma area of Washington State. As a company they successfully flipped over $55 million in Single Family Homes. Nate was the Director of Acquisitions for FRE managing all aspects of marketing, negotiation, and closing the deals.
Nate was also a co-creator of the Fixated Events Company. From 2017-2021, we created the largest Real Estate Expo Conference on the west coast and successfully built a network of 12,000+ people over the past 5 years. Fixated Events then created the Limitless Financial Freedom Expo with Ken McElroy and Robert Kiyosaki. In the past three years we sold out both events with a total of 3600 in person attendees, 183 sponsors, and have raised over 1.5 mil for wounded warriors between all events.. Nate’s role within the events company is primarily focused ensuring a great attendee experience, speaker relations, and hosting from the stage.
When Nate is not hosting events, and looking for off market deals, he loves cycling, going to the
gym, being in the sun, golf, travel, coffee, and investing in meaningful relationships.
